Welcome to my blog!  I have been wanting to do this for a couple of years now and I am finally ready to make the commitment.   You see I have been gaining weight steadily for the past ten years.  I was always a VERY thin person, but after children and my thyroid giving out, I have steadily increased my weight to about 260, which is about 120 pounds from where I spent most of my life.

During the past ten years of growing larger I have learned how to avoid pictures, and spend a lot of time every single day self loathing myself.   I believe it is time to break this cycle.  I plan to use clean eating and exercise to reduce my weight.   This is going to be a long journey, but hey, we have to start somewhere right?

I have spent the last ten years privately ashamed of myself, hiding and avoiding what I need to do.  There is honestly not one day that goes by that the fact I am overweight does not haunt me.  I need to change this and start living. I am hoping, through this blog, I can get motivation and encouragement and encourage others that have a lot of weight to loose, to attack it and start living life to the fullest!!


Can't wait to start posting results for you all,  I would love to hear encouragement!
